Currently, we are on all sides overwhelmed by technical novelties, ecological solutions and more and more innovative ideas. Mobile homes, which until recently sounded like madness, are slowly becoming a very popular alternative to buying new apartments or traditional house construction – and above all our new creative everyday life.

Certainly, the effect of rising prices contributed to investors looking for cheaper solutions, and, as a result, to such a rapid increase in interest in this technology. In addition, this solution does not require ownership of the land, and above all, it is not a construction permanently attached to the ground and does not require a building permit according to Polish law for an area of ​​less than 70 sq m – it is enough to submit an application. However, it should also be noted that the currently growing trend in ecological construction contributes to the growing public awareness of unconventional solutions for the sake of our common planet.

Companies on the Polish market offer mobile homes that are modern, ecological and, above all, functional. The trend for this technology has its origins in the United States and Scandinavian countries. They are based on modular systems that allow you to adapt the space to your own needs – you may be tempted to say that these are houses made of blocks. Their phenomenon is that they have no limitations (the basic modular unit is 3mx8m), they can be extended lengthwise and across – a matter of budget and our imagination.

The building structure is based on a self-supporting steel frame with a galvanized sheet, which is filled with insulating material. The use of such materials does not mean, however, that the house will look like a big can. We don’t have to worry about corrosion either, because all surfaces are protected against external factors. In addition, companies offer wood, concrete, facade cassettes or decorative sheet finish. We also do not have to worry about the interior, because the walls are finished with chipboards or plasterboards. Enterprises even offer turnkey home preparation – finished with the furniture.
